Internship: Assistant Booking Support
About the Role:
As an Assistant Booking Support intern at DeepBloe Agency, you will play a vital supporting role in the music industry. You'll assist in managing the schedules of specific artists, both nationally and internationally. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing support in managing artists' schedules.
Assisting in handling incoming requests.
Supporting negotiations for booking terms.
Aiding in the development of short-term and long-term strategies to expand artists' profiles.
Assisting with inbound and outbound sales and acquisitions.
Contributing to creating new business opportunities and maintaining business contacts.
Providing support in effective communication between the agency, artists, and management.
Assisting in managing contracts and invoices.
Your Profile:
Currently pursuing an HBO or university-level education.
Awareness of the latest developments in social media.
Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication skills.
Commercially oriented with a creative mindset.
Ability to work independently.
Initiative-driven and willing to contribute your ideas.
Strong organizational skills.
Flexibility, including the willingness to work on weekends (no 9-to-5 mentality).
Important Information:
This is a supporting internship role.
Weekly hours: 32-40 hours.
Internship period: from January 2024 to June 2024, with a minimum internship duration of 5 months (start date is flexible).
